The kitchen and family room, where most of the time is spent in this house, was remodeled in 2010/11. It was outfitted with custom cabinetry, Viking Range and Hood and top of the line KitchenAid appliances, including double ovens. Every bathroom and bedroom has been completely remodeled. The bathrooms all have new stone, tile, tubs, showers, hardware and toilets. All of the rooms have new closets including a new walk in closet for the master bedroom. There are solid white oak ¾” by 9″wide (plank) floors throughout the entire house. The main deck was completely re-built and we added solar light post caps that add a dramatic effect. All of the exterior stone on the patio and pool area was redone. The tennis court was redone (new paint and net). The gym, which is equipped with professional equipment, has new rubber flooring and the deck was redone also sporting the solar light post caps.
