Shaky foreign markets haven’t rocked L.A.’s residential home prices (yet), as the town’s most sought-after brokers continue to cater to stars and log record-breaking sales in markets from “blue chip” Beverly Hills to Hancock Park.

A Hollywood Hills home with quite the history — think, A-list residents, all-night parties, and plenty of debauchery — just hit the market in Los Angeles, asking $3.5 million.

Cover girl Cheryl Tiegs’ Bel-Air home, which came on the market this week at $15 million, has graced more than a few magazine covers itself.

In the 1970s, Cheryl Tiegs broke earnings records for supermodels. Later, she added to her fortune as a celebrity spokeswoman and businesswoman. Now, she’s hoping to make another fortune by selling her elegant Bali-style home in Bel Air.

The model’s roughly 5,000-square-foot Bel Air house first went on the market in March of 2013 for $12 million, and was taken off the market a couple of months later.

The homes of a former Lakers coach, a Hollywood talent manager and a late toy mogul were among the top residential real estate sales in the greater Los Angeles area last week.
